Monday, August 27: 104th Anniversary of LBJ's Birth Wreath Laying Ceremony: Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park will honor the 103rd anniversary of former President Johnson with a 10 a.m. ceremony on August 27 at the LBJ Ranch District. Military representatives from Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio will assist in laying the wreath. Monday, August 27 (details to be confirmed): LBJ's Birthday Celebration at The Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. An "old fashion style" birthday party to honor of the 36th President of the United States.

Celebrate the 104th Birthday of Lyndon B. Johnson at the state park that honors this native Texan. Discover the life and accomplishments of our 36th President in the beautiful Texas Hill Country he loved so dearly. See what life was like when the president was a child and where he came to recharge his batteries when he was our nation’s leader.

The Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm will have activities to celebrate the president’s birthday throughout the day with old-time games for the whole family, such as marbles, tops, jacks and stick horses. Pack a picnic basket and make it a family outing this summer and enjoy all the park has to offer. Accessible for the mobility impaired.
