BLANCO COUNTY CAT COALITION BCCC is a volunteer based community service organization serving Blanco County since 2004. We provide assistance in three essential areas: Adoption; Emergency Pet Sheltering; and Feral Cat Trap-Neuter-Return. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We do not receive tax-based monies. We rely totally on volunteers and donations to sustain our organization and provision of services. BCCC promotes the welfare of cats in the Blanco County, Texas area by: 1) Humanely trapping, sterilizing, vaccinating, and returning and feeding feral cats; 2) Humanely trapping, "socializing", and finding responsible owners for feral cats and kittens; 3) Educating the public about humanely controlling the number of feral cats; 4) Educating the public about maintaining the health of pet cats; 5) Establishing a "no kill" animal shelter and/or a spay/neuter clinic; and 6) Such other activities or actions as are reasonably related to the foregoing purposes.
